Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BetEdge (the “Service”), operated by BetEdge (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, paying for a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 21 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where sports wagering and the use of sports-betting analytics tools is lawful. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is permitted in your jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice on the legality of sports wagering in your location.

BetEdge is an informational tool that aggregates publicly available sportsbook odds and surfaces theoretical opportunities (arbitrage, near-arb, middles, bonus conversion, expected value, and similar calculations). The Service does not:

• Accept, place, settle, or facilitate any wager;
• Hold customer funds or act as a sportsbook;
• Guarantee that any displayed opportunity will be available, will be honored by a sportsbook, or will result in profit. Odds and lines move continuously and may have changed by the time you act on them.

You are solely responsible for verifying odds with each sportsbook before placing any wager and for complying with each sportsbook’s terms of use, account limits, and bonus rules.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We use Clerk for authentication; their terms also apply to authentication-related data.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page. Trials, if offered, require a valid payment method and convert automatically to a paid subscription at the trial’s end unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the pricing page or the Stripe billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current billing period. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in cases of duplicate billing or extended Service outages.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell the Service’s data or output without written permission;
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass authentication, paywalls, or rate limits;
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal wagering, fraud, money laundering, or violation of any sportsbook’s terms;
• Share your account credentials or use a single account on behalf of a group or business without an enterprise agreement.

Information on the Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Sports wagering involves substantial risk of loss. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. See our Responsible Gambling page.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that data will be accurate, complete, or up to date, or that any displayed opportunity will be profitable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETEDGE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST WAGERS, REJECTED OR LIMITED ACCOUNTS, OR LOSSES INCURRED FROM ANY WAGER PLACED IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetEdge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your wagering activity, or your violation of these Terms or the rules of any sportsbook.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may close your account at any time. Outstanding subscription fees through the end of the current billing period remain due.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BetEdge is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
